We Need Your Help!

We Need Your Help!

At Nottingham Counselling Service, we know counselling changes lives and we’re passionate about helping as many people access the therapy they need.

Built on the principles of inclusivity and affordability, we provide expert therapeutic support using a sliding price scale so access to professional help is affordable. Established over 40 years ago our roots are firmly in the community we serve.

If you are a Qualified therapist, we’d love you to join us in our mission to provide a more equitable, effective and compassionate mental health landscape.

If you are not a qualified therapist, but know someone who may be interested, please direct them to our page!

We support projects to reach clients who may not have access to therapy including ethnic groups, Refugees & Asylum seekers and community need projects. Alongside partners, we provide comprehensive support, combining therapy with signposting, actively helping clients access referrals to sources of support which make a real difference to their circumstances and lives.

We work with individuals, couples and groups and uniquely offer long-term therapy, helping clients with complex needs and issues. Our Therapy Centre is in Nottingham City Centre. We have a reception team, 11 therapy rooms and a Volunteer lounge. Sessions are offered in person or online by our community of over 60 therapists practising from different modalities, who support and learn from each other.
