What retail candidates really want
As the UK jobs market continues to recover candidates have become more selective in their job search and the retail sector particularly prone to picky candidates. Retail employers need to understand what is important to job hunters and adapt their talent attraction strategy accordingly.
This year ResourceBank surveyed around 1,500 active retail job seekers to find out what motivates them and the results demonstrate a clear ranking of the most attractive companies to work for both on the high street and online retailers including fashion, grocery, home/DIY and department stores.
