Are you paying your team more than they think?

There aren't many people who believe they are paid enough, but sometimes a total reward package needs to be seen to be believed, especially by those who just know their base salary.  I would really appreciate your opinion on a new interactive reward calculator tool that my colleagues here at ResourceBank have developed for one of our clients.  It’s the first time we’ve done one of these – and we’re wondering whether there could be any wider demand for it.   Basically it calculates the monetary value of each employee’s benefits so they can see their total reward package. It's quite an eye opener and the impact has been really positive – so we’re wondering whether we can offer the tool to anyone else?
