El Pollo Loco heads to Dallas – CEO Steve Sather says he’s ready to bring the Mexican-infused chicken chain’s offerings to North Texas. El Pollo Loco has about 400 locations in five states and has already seen some success in Texas with 15 stores. The company signed a deal with Chicken Time Holdings LP to bring seven locations to North Texas. The first location is slated to open in the first half of 2016.
