A recruitment firm provides another level of objectivity with candidates that helps to ensure you make a good hire.  Firms can help with a standardized interview process that helps everyone remain objective during the process and even create a scorecard or other tools for the search. Most firms have a standard search process that they customize to fit the role. In addition to but related to objectivity, the firms have market insights, assessment tools, retention strategies and some offer work force development and onboarding assistance.
