Zi-Brexit Commercial Business Hub (proposed)---a new thinking!

  1. Connecting businesses to new markets

  • Growth of an organisation can be limited by the size of the market
  • Competing businesses in the same market can reduce profits
  • Businesses face a lot of challenges in trying to get market intelligence for expansion
  • The business expansion framework can be simplified via application of IT
  • Social media platforms have optimised the use of IT, there is need for reorganisation of the business environment to include more IT use and promote business expansion
  • It is necessary for businesses to develop five year and ten year business plans
  • Businesses operate within the monetary and fiscal policies environment and its is necessary to have five year and ten year monetary and fiscal planning frameworks
  • Businesses are faced with a lot of variables and at times varying constants or more than one source of truth in their planning models
  • The political frameworks under which businesses operate present unnecessary risks which can be designed out
  • There is need to develop a political framework where the citizens/country develops a National Development Agenda and political parties are then voted into power based on their strategies to achieve the National Development Agenda targets during the 5 year political election cycle. Each gvt ,globally, should have these 5/10 planning cycles.
  • This political framework automatically include features like generational update, challenges and new visons/aspirations and maybe enable the optimum use of the resources
  • All the resource allocative frameworks at gvt or business levels will be aligned and thus reducing out of sync wastages
  • To further reduce business risks , it is better for each country to have a National Business Development and Marketing Entity - this will coordinate and promote potential business opportunities in the country per industry. The business environment is already structured based on industry but there is no National Business Development and Marketing Entity (Entity=organisation) to coordinate the potential business opportunities.
