My mission was clear: execute high-standard sales development, coaching, and recruiting programs to drive profitable revenue growth for client partners. The dream was fueled by a desire for a lifestyle change, my experiences working at professional services firms, hiring consultants and sales recruiters, and demand from my network. It wasn't an easy decision. Before starting my business, fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt made me hesitant to take the leap. But, I've learned that fear is a messenger—a signal that alerts us to our negative and limiting beliefs. Over the years, I've realized that breaking down mental barriers can lead to incredible outcomes.
