Alliant encourages everyone to spread the word about early detection and the importance of regular screenings. We proudly support our ARMS (Awareness, Resources, Mentorship, Support) employee resource group, which is dedicated to assisting Alliant professionals and their families impacted by cancer.   • Janet Paragas has been a valued member of Alliant since 2017. In her roles as Operations Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant, she plays a pivotal role in streamlining day-to-day operations and managing the schedules of East Region leadership. For Janet, Hispanic Heritage Month inspires a deep sense of pride. “My parents moved from Puerto Rico to New York City with very little, but they instilled in us the importance of family and hard work.
