Maximillian Obasiolu, founder of #ALGAlum company Lead-In Record Co., was recently featured in Technical.ly's "How I Got Here" series, where he shared insights on building his hardware startup in Pittsburgh. After earning a dual master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Maximilllian stayed in the area due to its strong robotics scene and support from programs like the Expanded Pathways to Entrepreneurship project. Lead-In Record Co. aims to revolutionize vinyl manufacturing using robotic processes, with plans to launch in Summer 2025.
