Last night was a fantastic one for YPA, with vibrant events lighting up Miami, DC, and New York! 🇺🇸 In DC, members experienced the excitement of a live taping of Democracy Dialogues featuring insightful discussions with Eric Farnsworth and Franco Ordonez on the upcoming U.S. elections. 🌎 Meanwhile, in Miami, our members engaged in a dynamic panel on the 2024 Venezuela election with expert insights from Dr. Eduardo Gamarra, Nathan Crooks, and YPA Steering Committee member Mario Di Giovanni. 🍹 And in NYC, our members enjoyed a lively networking happy hour, making valuable connections and sharing great moments. Yesterday, our Miami chapter had their Mixer event at the newly opened Tacombi in Brickell. This past Friday, our Miami Chapter had a full day of programming and networking for members.   By partnering with the Americas Society/Council of the Americas 9th Annual Women’s Hemispheric Network Conference, members heard from high-impact women leaders and male allies who discussed key imperatives for promoting female leadership in the workplace. Such access was valuable as these public and private sector leaders discussed their challenges throughout their professional careers; provided key insight on leadership and professional growth; and shared their personal stories. Members also engaged in a workshop to learn practical ways to enhance their professional presence and make a significant impact on their career path. As its first time partnering with this important initiative in Miami, we appreciate the speakers providing such guidance to our community of young professionals and for Greenberg Traurig, LLP Miami office for hosting us✨ Susan Segal, Tito Arciniega, Idil Yasa, Blanca Trevino, Carol Barnhart, Daniella Levine Cava, Reina Irene Mejía Chacón, Lorrie-Ann Diaz, Alejandra Pavon Turenne, Maria Lourdes Teran, Madelka McCalla, Gabriel Torres-Brown, Margaret Rose Grigsby   Following the conference, members gathered at the Regatta Grove for a sunset soirée in Miami's vibrant and bohemian Coconut Grove neighborhood. The soirée was part of our annual YPA Miami celebration and served as an opportunity to meet young professionals representing diverse industries.
