ServiceNow Senior ITSM & AI Product Manager | Author of Career Rehab I Global Speaker |

Just Do It: Learn the skills that go beyond passing ServiceNow certification exams. Most training programs only focus on learning the platform and passing an exam. But, this is only half of what you need to learn. I support the idea of passing ServiceNow certification exams and learning the platform. But, if you are looking to land a role and you don’t know how to complete your daily deliverables, because you lack implementation skills you will suffer on the job. For an example: a ServiceNow Business Analyst needs to understand how to gather requirements from key stakeholders and write quality user stories. For an example: a ServiceNow QA Tester should understand how to develop test cases, build user guides and conduct functional testing, smoke testing and regression testing, etc. Some people are too focused on passing certification exams and they need to focus on how to develop the right skills for the job. Read the job descriptions for the additional skills you need to learn. Jobs are looking for people to know the platform and to build QUALITY deliverables for their end users. Just Do It like Nike practice understanding what software applications, frameworks and documentation will you need to know so you can be a Rockstar player on the team. This advice goes for anyone learning a new technology platform. #servicenow #careeradvice

Black Girl Ai Introducing AI to Children: 10 Important Guidelines for Parents and Educators 1️⃣ Age-appropriate content: Ensure that the AI tools are designed for the specific age group, with content and interactions suitable for their developmental stage. 2️⃣ Privacy protection: Choose AI tools that prioritize children's privacy, avoiding those that collect unnecessary personal information. 3️⃣ Supervised use: Encourage adult supervision, especially for younger children, to guide their interactions and answer questions. 4️⃣ Educational focus: Opt for AI tools that have clear educational objectives, enhancing learning rather than just providing entertainment. 5️⃣ Ethical considerations: Select AI systems that are programmed with appropriate ethical guidelines, avoiding biases and promoting positive values. 6️⃣ Critical thinking: Teach children to think critically about AI, understanding its capabilities and limitations. 7️⃣ Balanced screen time: Ensure AI use doesn't replace other important activities like physical play, social interaction, and creative pursuits. 8️⃣ Safety features: Look for AI tools with built-in safety features like content filters and easy-to-use reporting mechanisms. 9️⃣ Transparency: Choose AI systems that are transparent about being AI, helping children understand they're not interacting with a human. 🔟 Digital literacy: Use AI introduction as an opportunity to teach broader digital literacy skills. Each guideline ensures a safe, educational, and ethical AI experience for kids. Implement these guidelines to prepare our next generation of leaders for an AI-driven world.
