The newly redeveloped 32,000 sqm shopping centre officially opened its doors to shoppers on October 24, marking the completion of a year-and-a-half project and a substantial investment in the local retail scene. From the moment of property transfer, Broll has been actively engaged in every phase of Parkdene Boulevard’s development. Our team participated in operational, design, and leasing meetings, providing expert insights to ensure alignment between the landlord's vision and tenant requirements. Broll managed every crucial aspect of Parkdene Boulevard’s launch with meticulous care. The Grove Mall, proudly managed by Broll, has unveiled an exciting new addition with the launch of the 1st of seven Refinery JNR stores - the brand's very first children’s store. This opening is set to deliver a vibrant, fresh shopping experience for young families, offering high-quality children's fashion and products. Umlazi Mega City, one of the largest shopping centres in Umlazi, partnered with the Broll property management team to host a significant Government Exhibition Day. Government departments and institutions such as SASSA, NSFAS, Home Affairs, and the Department of Labour, among others, were present to assist community members with services including ID and passport applications, SASSA grants, road accident claims, and health-related services.
