The Business Without Barriers Summit and Careers Fair is where businesses of all sizes go to engage with highly talented disabled jobseekers. Whether you are an accessibility and inclusion professional, in charge of talent and recruitment, or an individual seeking work, join us at Business without Barriers as we seek to create inclusive and accessible work opportunities and environments for the disabled community. Today marks the 13th Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). The purpose of GAAD is to get everyone talking, thinking and learning about digital access/inclusion and people with different disabilities. We are super proud to be supported by organisations such as HSBC who are going above and beyond with digital accessibility. #Accessibility #DigitalInclusion #GAAD ID: A plain blue background with the white Naidex logo located at the top of the image. Exciting times, first of 2 long busy days for me, this evening I'll be driving from Manchester to Coventry ahead of Naidex. This is my first time ever travelling for work. Not for my main role of course, but for my role as co-chair for the Disability and Neurodiversity colleague network. I'm particularly looking forward to the Business without Barriers summit, looking forward to meeting other professionals and taking in a number of talks to hear more about how other businesses have been able to create an inclusive and equitable work environment. In the run up to this, I decided to treat myself to some networking cards so that I can easily keep in contact with the new contacts I make tomorrow.
