The Division of Nutritional Sciences has launched the Dr. George C. Fahey Nutritional Sciences Seminar Fund. This new series will bring world-renowned experts to campus, contributing to sustained excellence in graduate education and fostering interdisciplinary research discussions. 🌱🍽️ Established in honor of Professor Emeritus George Fahey, a pioneer in carbohydrate nutrition, the fund aims to foster groundbreaking discussions in nutritional science.
