Easton Park, a Brookfield Residential development, is a 2,700 acre community located in southeast Austin. This vibrant community will be home to 13,000 residents upon completion. Easton Park offers so many great perks to its residents. It has an abundance of amenity spaces, including several parks, a huge, central amenity center, playgrounds, a splashpad, pool, gym, dog park, and over 13 miles of trails! META has been involved with Easton Park since 2019, actively designing the future sections for the southern half of the development, providing conceptual, schematic, and site planning services for this community. When creating the plans for this development, we strived to balance its urban vibrancy with suburban practicality by harmonizing density with multiple options and routes for residents to utilize the abundance of open spaces within the master planned community. We also considered the future growth areas and land uses, based on ever-evolving development needs. As summer winds down, we hope you've been able to enjoy time with friends and family in the great outdoors! For some, that may have included time at the new Skyline Park in the Easton Park community in South Austin. CPM is proud to have been the Project Manager on this unique project that enhanced the nearby community. Skyline Park is a 21-acre hub for community recreation. The project features pavilions, playgrounds, a splash pad, an art monument, a zipline, acres of green space, and picnic shade structures. From infrastructure development, such as site erosion controls and mass grading, to fine grading, landscaping, and lighting, the entire project team ensured seamless execution at every step. When we join forces, incredible things happen! 🤩 On Friday, Brookfield TX announced the sale of their HBA Benefit Home in Easton Park, providing over $155,000 to HomeAid Austin, Mobile Loaves & Fishes, and the HBA's workforce development efforts. We're so grateful to Brookfield Residential for their partnership and generosity, and to all of the suppliers who contributed to this extraordinary project! 🏠 This program is made possible through the generous donation of materials, supplies, labor, and financial support of our members.
