Join our GEO Nordics Chapter in Oslo where we will be discussing the Danish Stock Option Act. This year, two principal Danish court rulings on stock options addressed whether the old or new rules of the Danish Stock Option Act apply. These cases are significant because the rules on stock options underwent substantial changes for employee share plans established after 1 January 2019. These cases and their consequences for companies’ stock option schemes will be discussed together with a brief overview of the Danish Stock Option Act, including the old and new rules.
