What a fantastic day we had at Norrsken Barcelona last week for the second event of the year of the GEO's Spain Chapter!! Thank you very much as always to Global Equity Organization for all the support in the making this second event possible. And a great thank too to: 1. Optio Incentives for hosting the event and for having chosen such a wonderful venue. 2. Jaime Pavía Nocete, June Davenport, FGE, Christian Hyldig, CEP , Gianpaolo Moschetti Portillo and Daniele Lelli for having made this second event in Spain possible! 3. Augustin Claudiu Serban, Anna Sanz and Sergio Pérez for leading the panels and having shared with us your high expertise in the upcoming challenges on equity plans! The GEO´s Spain chapter event today has been a real success where providers and issuers of the equity incentive plans related somehow to the Spanish market have had the opportunity to discuss the current and future challenges of the market on salary transparency, EGS and IA.
