🚀 Cette semaine avait lieu la première édition de Smart Territories, en partenariat avec les équipes du Groupe ADP et les CCI du territoire francilien, au sein de l'Innovation Hub de Roissy Charles de Gaulle. Les lauréats ont eu la chance de présenter leurs idées innovantes sur le thème de l'ingénierie et de l'aménagement devant un panel d'experts et porteurs de projet internes. Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of gathering the Innovation Pioneers Community, from the 26 airports in the world where Groupe ADP is present, for our annual seminar in Paris. This event was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect, learn, and collaborate. Our two-day seminar included: ● 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵: We connected with numerous startups, explored cutting-edge technologies, and exchanged insights on innovation with industry leaders such as Daher, TotalEnergies, and SNCF Réseau. ● 𝗜𝗣𝗖 & 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: We showcased ongoing projects, heard a startup pitch WeMaintain | Certified B Corp, reviewed our Vivatech experiences, and presented TAV Airport's strategy. This was followed by a workshop aimed at enhancing our community's collaboration and effectiveness. Our main key takeaways: ● 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀: it was inspiring to reconnect with colleagues from our 26 airports worldwide, fostering stronger relationships and teamwork. ● 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: TotalEnergies, and SNCF Réseau provided us with fresh perspectives and innovative approaches. ● 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Our interactions with startups unveiled new technologies and innovations that align with our strategic goals, paving the way for future collaborations. ● 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The IPC and working group sessions enabled us to take significant steps in improving our community's collaborative efforts and innovation projects. This seminar was crucial in reinforcing our commitment to innovation and collaboration, setting the stage for exciting developments in the future. TAV Airports' representatives for the Innovation Pioneers Community—a network of 50 Innovation Pioneers across Groupe ADP's affiliated assets, aimed at creating a network of innovation capabilities and accelerating the culture of innovation—participated in Europe's #1 Startup & Tech Event, #VivaTech. They connected with startups, exchanged insights, and shared valuable experiences with renowned companies. Groupe ADP had a joint stand with VTOL at the event, showcasing the startups they work with and investing in innovative companies with high growth potential and sectoral exposure related to airports, to meet its operational needs, support its development projects, and explore new business opportunities.

Le Groupe ADP au cœur de l'innovation au salon EBACE 2024 ! 🛩️   Hier, le Groupe ADP a eu le plaisir de participer au panel "Innovation to the Rescue" lors du salon EBACE 2024.   Marie-Claire Nomikossoff, a échangé aux côtés de Carl Dietrich de Jump Aero Incorporated, Freshta Farzam de LYTE Aviation et Sérgio Oliveira e Silva de DRONAMICS. La discussion, animée par Dan Sloat, JD/MBA MRAeS de l' Advanced Air Mobility Institute, a mis en lumière les rôles des drones et eVTOLs dans les services médicaux d'urgence (EMS).   Le Groupe ADP est fermement engagé dans l'exploration des cas d’usage médicaux et sanitaires, en partenariat étroit avec Volocopter, l'AP-HP, Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris et l'ADAC Luftrettung (Services d'urgence en Allemagne). The discussion, moderated by Dan Sloat of the Advanced Air Mobility Institute, highlighted the roles of drones and eVTOLs in emergency medical services (EMS).   Groupe ADP is strongly committed to exploring medical and healthcare use cases, in close partnership with Volocopter, APHP (Paris Hospitals) and ADAC (German Emergency Services). We are pleased to share the highlights from the visit of Mr. Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the #HongKongGovernment, and Prof. Sun Dong, Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, to our #GroupeGroupe ADP Innovation Hub at our headquarter in Paris-Charles de Gaulle and our booth at #Vivatech2024. They were accompanied by Mr Clement Woo, Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, and Miss Shirley Young, Special Representative for Hong Kong Economic and Trade affair to the European Union. On May 25, Mr. Chan, accompanied by Prof. Dong and the delegation explored our Innovation Hub. They were briefed on our initiatives aimed at promoting the development of smart airports and the transition to low-carbon operations. Discussions included our support for the Paris Olympics, advancements in low-altitude aviation & Advanced Air Mobility, and collaborations with aviation-related startups. Mr. Chan highlighted the efficiency and professionalism of the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and its rapid progression towards becoming a green airport city, including studies on the application of sustainable aviation fuels. He emphasized the importance of enhancing knowledge exchange and cooperation between HKIA and Groupe ADP in innovation and green initiatives. Furthermore, the delegation attended #VivaTech2024, Europe’s premier technology and startup event held annually in Paris. Prof. Dong had the opportunity to engage with the Head of Innovation of Groupe ADP Alban Negret to discuss our #AdvancedAirMobility project. They also experienced the eVTOL aircraft showcased at our stand, highlighting the future of Advanced Air Mobility. Our Groupe ADP Airport Services team for the APAC region, based in Hong Kong, ensures a continuous and productive relationship with the Hong Kong Government. This presence enables us to collaborate more effectively and drive innovations that benefit both regions. Last week, we had the opportunity to go to Croatia and meet the Zagreb Airport project team, with whom we are organizing the "Play Your Airport" challenge, which will take place this year at their airport. This startup challenge is the 5th edition and the second internationally, the first being in Madagascar at Antananarivo Airport.   During this challenge, each preselected actor gets the chance to pitch their project in front of a high level jury during a final ceremony in Zagreb Airport. The solutions presented will be related to predefined categories : Green Airport, Airport processes automation and Passenger experience.   The aim of this open innovation project for Zagreb Airport is to : - Identify solutions that will have a positive impact, - Increase the airport's visibility by improving its connection with the innovation startup ecosystem, - Accelerate its innovation maturity by identifying a large number of startups, small medium companies & academics, that meet internal business challenges for possible development of POCs.   A warm thank you to Zagreb Airport Ltd.
