Our JLL Income Property Trust team had the privilege of interacting with and presenting to an engaged group of advisors at the Merrill Lynch Advanced Education Symposium in Orlando, FL this week. CEO Allan Swaringen led a panel discussion on the benefits of core real estate while colleagues Jodi (Albers) Fiser and Anthony Fortunato had the opportunity to network with wealth managers from across the country.

Our Merrill Lynch Due Diligence Invitational event kicked off today with an overview of the JLL Income Property Trust portfolio. "We look to diversify by property type, geography and tenant," said Sean Meehan, Portfolio Manager. Elena Alschuler, LaSalle’s Americas Head of Sustainability has been recognized with the Nareit 2024 Sustainable Leadership Award on behalf of JLL Income Property Trust.     Nareit presented the inaugural Sustainability Impact Awards at its REITworks: 2024 Sustainability & Social Responsibility Conference in McLean, VA. The awards recognize REITs for implementing sustainable practices that demonstrate leadership, ingenuity, and environmental impact in the commercial real estate industry. Elena was recognized for her leadership in sustainability in the built environment, and her collaboration with industry peers to share knowledge and develop best practices. This is exemplified in Elena’s recent role as chair for the CRREM North America Working Group which is working to develop decarbonization pathways to benchmark transition risk. https://lnkd.in/gHaXgA9a
