    Last week, we attended Klaviyo’s BFCM Roadshow in NYC, and we’re gearing up to make this Black Friday/Cyber Monday our best yet! 💡 With just 27 days between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year—5 days fewer than last year—and consumers leaning towards more budget-friendly purchases, having a solid strategy is more critical than ever.     Klaviyo Simplified 📬 | Follow for Pro Tips & Breakdowns! Decade+ Email Marketing Expertise

    I went to the Klaviyo Partners BFCM Roadshow in NYC last week. Here were 5 takeaways I had: #1: Klaviyo Platform Consolidation Continues To Accelerate. My agency has noticed an increasing trend of SMBs and mid-market brands consolidating their Email, SMS, and other communication channels into a single platform as they scale. Many are moving away from sub-par platforms like Attentive once their contracts expire. Klaviyo has also observed this shift, and several other agency owners I've spoken with have seen the same. #2: Omnichannel Tactics for BFCM Are on the Rise While generating significant revenue from Email and SMS campaigns to your Shopify store remains highly relevant, the rise of new channels enables Klaviyo to unlock more specific, omnichannel tactics as well. It will be exciting to see how brands execute BFCM strategies across multiple channels over the next five years. #3: The Three Levers To Pull For BFCM There was an interesting perspective on how to boost BFCM sales on-site with 3 different levers brands can pull. Lever 1 is increasing your AOV, Lever 2 is increasing the frequency or number of sends, and Lever 3 is expanding your audience size or segmentation. I hadn’t heard it framed this way before, and it was an insightful takeaway for me and I will be sharing it with my team and clients. #4: Klaviyo CDP Is About To Take Off Some partners and clients I've spoken to had some indecision around adopting Klaviyo CDP this year. However, I've saw a couple use cases, particularly in RFM analysis and personalization capabilities, that make me more bullish on its long-term potential. Additionally, its pricing is much more competitive compared to tools like Segment, which are used by some larger SMBs and mid-market brands. #5: Is Analytics & Data Management the Next Major Service Opportunity? Most agencies, system integrators, freelancers, and Klaviyo partners I know primarily earn their income from managing campaigns or implementing flows. However, with the rise of CDPs and the migration of more mid-market and enterprise brands to Klaviyo, data management presents a new service opportunity. Some partners are already monetizing this, making it an interesting trend to watch in the coming quarters.
