How to make smarter financial choices?💸 It all starts with gaining the right knowledge and tools. 🧠💡 That's why we held our Financial Well-being Day to help our team do just that! We covered budgeting basics, like managing your income and deciding if spending on things like dining out 🍽️ is really worth it. We also dove into housing, reminding everyone that renting 🏡 doesn’t define your worth. And what about our benefits package? It’s more than just a cafeteria! Think fruit days, massages, yoga, sports, life insurance, and more. 🙌 Then we shared investment advice and how to choose the right portfolio for your goals. 💼

🚀 Learning, applying, and evolving! These are the 3️⃣ key elements of growth, and the hardest part is often learning. 📖 😉 Except when you get the chance to acquire the most useful skills at an event like WEBD 2024! We’ve already shared how eye-opening and valuable it was, but in the video below, we want to show you how they managed to… …present their topics in the most engaging way, 😄 …while still sharing their expertise with exceptional professionalism. 💯 🎯 We're excited to put these insights into action and create a better workplace for both our current and future employees. #WEBD2024 #EmployerBranding #LexmarkBudapest

We at Lexmark Budapest are deeply saddened by the passing of John D. Gagel. His leadership in sustainability and dedication to excellence have left a lasting impact on all of us. Our thoughts are with his family and colleagues.
Sustainability has long been a core pillar of Lexmark’s strategy, and a key architect of that pillar has been John D. Gagel, our chief sustainability officer. With profound sadness we share that John died suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday. John leaves behind a beautiful family, friends far and wide, a global community of colleagues who were fortunate to work with him, and a sterling legacy in an industry where he truly excelled. A 25-year Lexmarker and former science teacher, John brought his educational background to his approach to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about sustainability, and driven to make a difference. Yet what many who knew him recall most is that despite his expertise and achievements, he remained humble and humane. Thanks to John and his team, Lexmark’s sustainability program is award-winning, innovative and always going one step further than is required. We are committed to ensuring his legacy lives on in the continuation of his work. In his honor, his family asks that you plant a tree. Doing, not just talking! 💪 It is important for us to not just share posts about the significance of employee well-being, but continuously improve our knowledge on this subject.🧠 ✅ We are always motivated to participate in professional community events, so it was a pleasure to take part in the World Employer Branding Day, held this year in Amsterdam! We could… ➡️ build valuable relationships in person, ➡️ learn about precious experiences from the most prominent experts, ➡️ bring home the techniques that are successful abroad. 💬 Listening to others is key for us, both to our employees and to the professionals. We now have the chance to impart this new knowledge and incorporate it into the day-to-day operations of our organization.
