Congratulations to our client Huntley Investment Partners for the Huntley Commercial Center project being nominated as a finalist for NAIOP Chicago's 36th Annual Awards for Excellence: Industrial Speculative Development of the Year - Large Scale. This redevelopment of a former retail mall includes a 540,960 SF speculative industrial building which is already 60% pre-leased. There is 211,750 SF available for lease (divisible) with up to 65 dedicated off building trailer parking spots and 2,000 feet of frontage on I-90 at the Route 47 interchange.
