    Last month, the 2024 Olympics showcased more than just athletic talent - it's a goldmine of leadership potential!   Team USA secured 126 medals this year, with 257 athletes contributing to the total, as reported by the USOPC. Out of the approximately 10,500 athletes who participated in 48 sports disciplines across the Games, the U.S. competed in all but one and earned medals in 34 of the disciplines it entered.  As we watch the next generation of sports icons rise, it's clear that the drive, strategy, and resilience on display in Paris will shape the future of executive leadership in the US sports industry. 🥇   Let’s also recognize the ongoing Paralympics, where athletes continue to inspire as the Games conclude this September.
