At Bayer, we know how important it is to provide menopause support. That's why we offer a range of resources to help our employees through this time, including - TheMenopause@BayerTeam: A dedicated group committed to improving the menopause experience for employees. This year, the second global employee survey on menopause was conducted to develop new initiatives and to further reduce the stigma around menopause. - Menopause Cafés: Held around the world, these gatherings provide an opportunity to discuss menopause with Bayer's medical experts over tea or coffee in a supportive environment. - Live Events: Featuring talks by medical experts on menopause science, myth-busting and symptom management, with special events for World Menopause Day in October. - Free Mental Health Support: Online resources through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and confidential telephone helplines that provide confidential, expert support. Bayer conducts research that benefits all women. We are actively working on the development of medicines to help relieve the symptoms of menopause. We are also committed to supporting women through the menopause with innovative treatments and supportive resources to improve the working conditions for women in this phase of life.
