ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized standard for quality management, and recognises our excellent warehousing and fulfillment processes for e-Commerce products at the Shah Alam Fulfillment Center. This achievement exemplifies our unwavering dedication to excellence in quality management and our relentless pursuit of continuous improvement, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience. This incredible milestone reflects the dedication and hard work of our in-house QMS Cluster Committee, who achieved this within just one year. Special thanks to our dedicated team Quality Manager, Nek Fadlee Ismadi, for his leadership, and to Farahieza Izni Mohammad Basir for her invaluable support throughout the process.
