Welcome to all Fallout New Vegas Fans !

This is yet another offroad mod that I wanted to create since I learned about the Learning by Looting new system. As I wanted to test a bit how this system works and behaves before tweaking it, I delayed my release. Now I know when you don't loot kind of often, you don't have enough magazines to get you covered as fast as the game sometimes need you to get.

TL;DR for you lazy bas... friends ;) (joking people, you know I like this kind of jokes) : This mod adresses more to players that likes 50% loot RP playthroughs, are the builders/crafters of their team, like the New Vegas perk, and/or think the balance is a little off ; And is based on at least logical thoughts about how to learn skills in real life.

Reasons why :

All of that means : When you want to play 50% loot (as I played in A19, and play now in A21), you get good amounts of ammo, healing items, even food if you hunt and farm enough, and water if you use 5686814184 Dew Collectors, well, the books and magazines are a little scarce.
For players who like to play without traders, this mod can also be useful, as in fact, you can double your magazines amount if you have enough paper to write.

As always there is a scientific reason behind my mods, this one is no exception :
This mod writes itself in the logic of "Reading something twice or thrice pays off", this means that the first reading is often a "comprehension reading", and you can have to read few times more to fully aprehend, comprehend what the subject of the book/magazine/article/publication/scientific paper, is about, and fullly touch what all the branches are, what the connections you can do.
More often, you take notes of your work, like you read the publication, and note some things besides the text, and when you re-read that, you understand better, and can connect better to others articles. Which in the game would be other magazine you loot after.

Recipe :

I fixed the recipes to 1 magazine + 30 pages of paper.
I thought about 50, then 20, and thought this would be too high, or to low. So I think 30 is enough to provide a challenge, and then not be considered a full "cheat", as I don't like to call it, but it won't be frustrating because if you don't have a source of paper next to your base, you wouldn't be like "Oh shyte, I can't do the copy" and well, I think this is the good number.

Technical :
You CAN modify the mod yourself, it is really simple. With notepas++, MS Office Word, or even other text editor, you do Edit => Search + Replace this expression count="30" and just replace the 30 by the number you want, hit Replace All. Done. This way you'll have the paper pieces set to what you wanted. All recipes will be affected.

You HAVE TO type "magazine" in order to see the recipes though, because magazines do not have a crafting category, being things thats have no recipes in vanilla, nor "magazine" being a real crafting category in vanilla. Or at least you can type the name of your favorite magazine, that will target only this one, but if you have more than one type, just type "magazine" and you'll see all, and will be able to craft all in one research.

In the pictures you diverse mods, amongst others : Lam's 90 slots backpack for which I did a "tutorial" image to remove his slots lock button (due to being in the game for those who come back only now), my Little Tweaks mod (full total version with all kinds of things), my Diablo Style Loot Rarity Colors mod. And probably others I didn't saw, that you'll ask away if you see them and need to know.
Any opinions and feedback is good to have, suggestions too, if you have some.

Credits to TFP for the game, and their constant research for new systems that adapt to the videoludic world we live in. But all seriousness aside guys, please, stop changing the fooking systems every other alpha, it is sometimes hard to follow you.
I also credit Obsidian, well, the developers of Fallout New Vegas, for the magazines and the perk, they gave me this idea I wouldn't have without this marvelous game.
