An expandable collection of weapons that appear randomly in the game, like Ancient Jewelry or Master's Cloaks. Currently consists of daggers, flails, sickles, shortbows, shields and handaxes. A true immersive mod that you won't even realize is a mod!

The Roleplay version is now tied to the Randomized Equipment Loot mod, without it you won't see any items in loot. The old loot lists are outdated to say the least and I haven't updated them in a while. REL supports over 500 loot lists and will be the main base for my loot balance experiments.

Obviously mods with random loot aren't hugely popular with bg3 players, but some users encouraged me and I did get to the point of creating a mega collection of weapons that would expand on vanilla ways to improve one's builds. I still only focus on passive effects and believe there are enough active buttons in the game as it is.
Currently, the mod features: 25(10/9/4/2) daggers, 8(2/2/2/2) flails, 8(3/2/2/1) sickles, 21(11/6/3/1) shortbows, 30(15/10/4/1) shields, 12(6/3/2/1) handaxes.
Where can I find them? The mod is divided into two versions:RoleplayandCheat. The versions are incompatible with each other, because if you spawn unique items in a chest, they won't drop in other places. And I don't want to do a combined version without uniqueness, as then items might drop multiple times. > The Roleplay version is now tied to the Randomized Equipment Loot mod, without it you won't see any items in loot. > In the Cheat version, all weaponry are available in unlimited quantities through the Tutorial Chest, in a special collector's crate.
Installation and How to Test Work Installation via BG3 Mod Manager as usual, either via Vortex or manually. The mod can safely be installed in the middle of the game! You can confirm that the Roleplay version works by checking the chest next to the bard girl in the Grove - a random item from the mod is guaranteed to be there. Also a guaranteed item lies in the DLC chest.
Compatibility Should be compatible with all mods, so you can install this mod just in case, it's unlikely to break anything. Remember that you need a fresh ModFixer for this mod to work, otherwise characters will stop talking and some sheningans start happening. The mod does not modify any vanilla files and does not interact with other mods!

Important Stuff There are no custom models in this mod, as I don't do 3D and don't even know from whom to order models for BG3. I use only a very small pool of vanilla items, but I try to diversify their visual appearance with special effects if possible.
I started with magic daggers, because in my playthroughs I was always unhappy that there were no normal one-handed compact weapons for my casters. Would be happy to hear in the comments what weapon type needs extra love and what classes/strategies the new items should enhance.
Where are the effect icons I used to make? The icons for buffs/debuffs are still in place, but I disabled the icons in the description, since they aren't really even used on items in vanilla, and I'd like to be closer to the original. But let me know if it's not the same without icons at all.
Once again, let me remind you that this mod, as well as the rest of the Ancient collection, only uses vanilla values for prices. They are directly tied to vanilla values and will change if Larian changes anything.
