Icons from Larian in their respective folder (except for portraits) and compressed in a Windows file explorer friendly fashion for browsing in a comfortable fashion. Modder resource and (future modder) curious person resource.
(Not Required) But I recommend taking a look, you may find what you are looking there since he has more assets and he is growing the collection.

Collection of icons made by Larian compressed (in the most painful way, manually... one by one - send help) in a Windows File Explorer friendly way (still up to quality to Larian defaults).
Includes every vanilla hotbar and tooltip icon for every spell, item (and gear), class and portrait (that they made their system generate an icon for, there are still uncoverable assets).
General Information
I use this when I need to find assets for spell icons, portraits, or any other thing when I don't ask someone to make an image for me or AI as I'm not very gifted in those fronts. This format helps me speed up the selection process. Let me know if splitting the assets would be helpful.

Star-EMC2 has made a more thorought collection, ever growing, with screenshot of in-game assets here. Is just that he uses the regular compression which I can't preview as thumbnails but definitely take a look over there.
Modding always has a risk of breaking your on-going saves. Keep this is mind to diminish frustrations if, or when, it happens.
Remember to read the description pages of mods, and every resource modders make available, instead of avoiding that and going the "easy" but time consuming route of asking again while disregarding everything. If it is a new or unknown issue then I'm happy to help.
Even if I make available a guide on how to use Vortex successfully, I only truly support BG3MM usage.
Don't repost my work, or copy it. I'll make sure to add people that has permission of usage but otherwise if you see it elsewhere they are likely abusing.
Piece of advice: You can likely disregard reading from the "Links" section onwards if you have done so once on my mods already as this is part of a signature copied over to every mod I release, and I'll likely edit the pinned comment with the last version update that the pinned information changed as to save you the hassle of reading twice the same thing.
My old mods will get updated description pages if they are the old format.
