Adds two versions of Kar'niss' head without his drider features to character creation for Body 2 and 4 elves, humans, drow, half-elves and tieflings.

I un-spidered the drider...
I adore Kar'niss, but as someone with mild trypophobia, his extra eyes squick me out, so I wanted to see what he looks like without them, and this is the result. This one has been in the works for a while, but I finally have enough Blender knowledge to be able to convert him to humanoid form and remove those creepy spider eyes!
Adds two versions of his un-spidered head to Character Creation - V1 keeps most of his scars, and V2 is a much smoother version (although he still has some bumpy bits, his lip scar is part of his mesh so I've left that alone and only altered his textures).
Both versions are available for Body 2 and Body 4 humans, elves, drow, half-elves, and tieflings. Separate Unique Tav & Eyes of the Beholder compatible versions, install one at a time.
You will need to have Level Of Detail on the highest setting, otherwise the heads will float!
All heads have VFX support (for Speak with Dead etc) but this might not work properly if you have other head mods installed as this mod hasn't been added to Padme's VFX patch yet.
TO INSTALL:
- Unzip the .pak file and install with BG3 Mod Manager.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- PIercings and facial hair don't work properly yet, the skeletons are acting strangely and aren't behaving as expected, so everything is currently lopsided and floating. It's certainly a LOOK, if that's your thing...
- Any tattoo which coveres where the extra eyes were will look slightly wonky (example in Images) - this is because of the alterations I've made to the mesh, and I can't do anything about it at this point!
