About this mod
The game drops or lowers crowd and cars densities while you are driving. No more of that.

I'm not a fan of an extra traffic increase myself, but here is what I can do =) When you enter a car or get on a bike the game lowers the crowd and traffic settings behind your back. And gives you that "where is everyone" feeling. I have made the values equal, so that won't happen anymore. With that, traffic mods might not be needed anymore.
If that wasn't enough for you, I have made an optional version with +20% more cars increase. Gives you a feeling of a busy like a real city life, where you have to struggle with traffic every minute. Follow the simple rule: keep the distance and you won't crash.
For example Astonishing setting densities are:
Car density 0.5 for on foot and 0.4 for inside a car or on a bike. I made it 0.5/0.5.
I did the same for the crowd settings.
120 procent cars versions makes that 0.6 and 0.6. That means you will get 50% more cars on the roads than before while driving.
For High, Medium and Low settings the picture is more awful. The drops there in values are almost to a half. Like from 0.17 to 0.10. No worries, changed them too.

- I haven't noticed any perfomance drop while I used cars only versions. With crowd versions it might hurt it a bit.
- No other settings are lowered, touched or reimagined.
- The mod is incompatible with other traffic mods and uses the same files.
