A Simple version of Coastal Cottage. A Transfer Settlement Blueprint Mod.

This is my simple little version of Coastal Cottage. I wanted to make it a little more leveled out, so that part took some work and some time, and a whole lot of thinking, especially around the entrance of the settlement. The entrance looks kind of funny, but then again, I am still pretty new at making these mods. When I start to use new mods and different Mods, I am learning to use that mod, as well and while I am making MY mod, I want for it to be perfect. It's OCD!!, HaHa!
The more perfect that I want it, the crappier it turns out. Anyway, that's why the entrance of the settlement looks so strange, and the fencing isn't so perfect, either.Well, enough about that, on with the rest of the settlement.
I wanted to keep the rest of the settlement simple and basic, and as close to original as possible. The house is fixed and cleaned up, Thanks to the Mod, "Clean and Simple--Coastal Cottage Startup", and it's Author, jenncave.
I put in 22 beds and there is plenty of food, water, and power for your settlers to be happy. You will have to put in a settler beacon yourself, if you want to get settlers that way, there is a Settler Spawn Button in the garage, if you want to get settlers that way, and then there is the console way. Your settlers will always be safe, too, because I always surround my settlements, in my mods, with tons of turrets, and there is a wall around the settlement.
There are a few workbenches in the garage with the workshop. I put a few Vendors in the settlement, but due to the lack of space, I could not put in the big, fancy shops, that I usually do.
There IS a place for your settlers to go and relax, after a hard day's work. There is also a Clinic for them to go to, if they get wounded or sick.
I left a lot for you to decorate, yourself, so you can go put your own personal touch to it.

This is a Transfer Settlement Blueprint Mod, and it is always better to download them MANUALLY, but with this Mod, I will be giving BOTH options, with the NEXUS MOD MANAGER or MANUAL Download
To download the Mod manually:
First click the "MANUAL" Download button, and using either WIN-ZIP or 7-ZIP,and extract the file into either your "C" or "D" Drive ( My Fallout 4 is located in my "D" Drive) after that, follow this: ProgramFiles(x86)>Steam>steamapps>common>Fallout4>Data>F4SE>Plugins>TransferSettlements>Blueprints>empty slot(or folder), which ever slot does not have another blueprint in it. I hope this helped you a little, if you did not know how.
I want to give a BIG THANKS to ALL of the Authors of the Mods that I use on a daily basis. My game is so much better with the mods that I use in it. They also make my Transfer Settlement Blueprints so much more easier and better.
