Description
This mod replaces some UI sounds with new custom made ones.
New sounds made from scratch.
I tried to make something that sounds refreshingly new but still
fits with the theme and other sounds in the game.
The sound files this mod replaces are as follows:
- UI_Start_01.xwm
- UI_Start_NewGame_01.xwm
- UI_General_Cancel.xwm
- UI_General_Focus.xwm
- UI_General_OK.xwm
- UI_Experience_Up.xwm (optional silent XP gain replacer)

if you're interested in replacing those sounds as well.
Previews
Note: Because it's youtube the audio quality is not representative
of how it sounds in game. This video suffers from quality loss
as well as some artifacts in the higher frequency spectrum.
Installation
Make sure loose file loading is enabled.
Drop mod contents ('sound' folder) into your data folder
or install with your mod manager. I recommend Mod Organizer 2.
This mod does not use a plugin.
If you do no like a certain sound
just remove the corresponding sound file from the mod.
