      0.51b UPDATE:

      - Fix Cambridge Police Station so that it can be accessed again (Done)
      - Fix the vicious cycle of paratroopers calling in more paratroopers. (Done)
      - Nuclear Weapons (Done)
      - Radstorm paratrooper bug (Done)
      - CSR AT Gunner (Now only these specific troops spawn with missile launchers, done)
      - Black Regiment (New subfaction for Deathguards, done) 
      - Fix Sandstorm visbility issues (Done)
      - Fix chargen (Done)
      - Fix buggy lights. (Some fixed.)
      - Gave Concord a facelift
      - Now with 150% More Communism
