About this mod
A player home in the form of a bunker below Outpost Zimonja. It can be installed with Transfer Settlements or Clipboard Resurrection.

I started this a few months ago but had to pause it, partly because I ran out of ideas (after it grew much large and different than I had originally planned), partly for other reasons. I finally got around to finishing it. Since this is a large building in an outdoor cell you may experience performance issues. When I started this build I was using an RTX 2080 Ti which ran almost all vanilla areas and all of my other builds at a stable 60 fps in 4K, but not this build. If you want to make it less performance-hungry you can start by deleting the shadow-casting light sources. Each of the three gardens has one of them to simulate the sun or moon. The mist objects used for the clouds also have a noticeable effect on performance.

Installation:
- Install with a mod manager.
- I recommend saving after each of the following steps. The game is prone to crashing after a large building import. Note that the first save after such a large import can take several minutes even on a high-end PC! If the game appears to be hanging, give it some time.
- Travel to Outpost Zimonja
- When using Clipboard Resurrection (preferred because it's much faster): Build the clipboard tool, choose "Move To Pattern Source Location" in the action menu first, then "Paste From Clipboard".
- Alternatively, when using Transfer Settlements: Use the holotape to import the blueprint. Make sure "Import or nuke marker-based items" is selected. Note that I only test with the "Stable" preset. Use anything else at your own risk.
- The hatches at the entrance ladder use logic gateways to allow opening and closing from both sides. Due to technical limitations it is not possible to import wired connections for objects with multiple connection points automatically. After importing the building a temporary connection ensures that the entrance is held open and unlocked. You need to go to the electrical closet which is located right behind the entrance ladder in the upper level of the bunker (go down the stairs, turn left and up the stairs in the hallway). Scrap the temporary power conduit that floats in mid-air outside the closet. You will hear the doors close. Now connect the logic gateway in the closet to the two conduits to the left and the one to the top right (see images 69 & 70).
If you are using Scrap Everything or a similar scrapping mod you may want to scrap the brambles inside the manhole leading down into the bunker. Nothing else needs to be scrapped. The build is compatible with the additional trees places by A Forest.
