About this mod

On a cliff above a river this settlement comes with snappable moveable shack pieces, detailed scrapping, regenerated precombines, dynamic navmeshes, a repairable radio tower, and river access.

This seemed like an obvious settlement to reclaim, so I was shocked when it wasn't an option;
and while there's a few other mods at this location,
I wanted to do my own version with some things none of the others had.

  • Repairable Radio Tower, that functions as a Settler Recruitment Beacon when powered.

  • Automatic Corpse Cleanup, a short while after claiming the settlement the settler corpses and skeletons will be disabled.

This mod can be added mid-game. Save far away from the farm before installing.

The settlement itself is unlocked by clearing the supermutants from the area.
