This FOMOD installer contains all the plugins in the mod with their esl flags removed. Apply this on top of the regular version, and check only the versions and modules you have installed or wish to remove the esl flag from.

If the combat tracks do not loop properly in the Harkon fight, replace the Combat module's plugin with this one. It brute forces the problem by adding a bunch of duplicate tracks.
