Disables the markers that enable travel to Blackreach from the surface and back. These markers normally only unlock once the Tower of Mzult has been made accessible from the surface, but this addon will prevent them enabling at all.

Removes a portion of the map markers, leaving only:
- Great Lifts
- Alftand, Mzinchaleft and Raldbthar
- Silent City

Adds a travel marker at Raldbthar, Mzinchaleft and Alftand (located near to the corresponding Great Lift) that allows travel to and from Blackreach at the top/bottom of each lift. In the main file, only the Tower of Mzulft has one of these travel markers.

Removes the two Travel Markers added in 3.1 onwards of the Soul Cairn map.
