This modification makes very easy to configure the value of bribes.

Allows:

• directly change all parameters used in the calculation of bribe values,
• quickly configure parameters with profiles,
• to save values for later restoration with custom profile,
• to see the used formula for calculating bribes,
• to use bribe value calculator, to see how the bribe cost changes depending on the level, SpeechCraft and morality of the NPC and player.
