For Cities of the North - Dawnstar interior

There are two _Swap.ini files, reason = COTN Dawnstar was updated in ESL to version 1.4, if you are using a version before 1.4 you can delete the ini file "COTN1.4_SWAP.ini", otherwise delete the other.
