Not the worst phone I ever had.
Phone owned for less than a year

This is a descent 5G phone. It gets a 5G signal in most places where other phones were able to get the 5G although the band coverage isnt quite as comprehensive as some higher end phones. The display is fairly vibrant and will handle up to 1080 well.

This phone has by far the worst keyboard I have ever used on a smartphone.
In the interest of appeasing those will smaller hands who want a phone very easy to hold, as the trend goes the screen here is longer but narrower than phones I've previously had. The inordinate length coupled with the narrow with creates a letterbox issue where when viewing widescreen you have about 1/2 inch on both sides that can't be used without zooming, which means you lose part of the picture.
Even on YouTube if you are waiting for a premier, the "time until stream" will not be shown without going to widescreen, the width is just not enough to fit the ##:##.

My personal opinion I wouldn't place this as a high end budget phone, I'd place this as a very low end mid tier phone. While perhaps technically superior to a high end budget phone, it's just a different concept and feel, you may end up preferring a souped up budget phone to a stripped down mid tier phone.

Also, 2007 is calling and it wants it's light back.

Happy with my One Plus Nord 5G
Phone owned for less than a month

I just bought the phone about a week ago (Sept 9, 2021). Mostly for the price, and that it has 5G. It was very easy to transfer my Apps, contacts from a Samsung A71 5G. Like also that face recognition and fingerprint recognition is fast. The fingerprint recognition is much better than Samsung A71 5G. Have not use the camera too much, but up to now, I am satisfied. I am a TMobile customer, and where I live I have access to 5G,, this is the only thing that my previous Samsung 71 5G was better. With my A71 5G I ussually got 100 Mbps, but with One Plus Nord,,, the highest I have gotten is 48 Mbps.
