I blend counselling and coaching skills to increase your strengths and abilities to navigate personal or professional challenges. I use a blend of tailored modalities founded in a person-centred approach. I help with increasing self-awareness, emotional expression & regulation, accountability, goal setting, psychoeducation, practical support and planning.
I bring humour, flexibility, and calm, alongside personal & professional experiences with chronic illness, loss, anxiety, trauma, stress, eating disorders, adhd & more. 15+ yrs as a coach (life/performance/fitness/ music), 5 yrs study Bach.counselling & coaching.
