I most frequently help clients with depression and anxiety, sexual abuse and spiritual emergency/crisis (all things I have overcome in my past). I'm also interested in clients that have been told they are schizophrenic or similar as this is often due to a spiritual emergence.
I have a holistic approach, using psychotherapy, counselling, philosophy, spirituality and wellness optimisation techniques. I have seen how many diagnoses are only of limited use, and that there is often hidden gifts within 'pathologies', for example people who disassociate are able to explore their own inner world with ease and in rich detail.
I offer a non-judgemental space for you to work through what you need. We don't have to go into your personal history (which can be re-traumatising) for you to find mental and emotional relief, along with tools and techniques to help you take steps forwards.
