I focus on emotional wellbeing, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, body image issues, bereavement, perinatal loss and eco-distress. I offer ACA, PACFA, IICT and AASW recognised clinical supervision and reflective supervision for health professionals, both individual and group. I work with clients suffering existential distress, addressing concerns related to fear, powerlessness and uncertainty about the future. I work with clients to alleviate work-place stress and prevent burnout and offer individual counselling and workplace or community workshops.
I use a person-centred, strengths-based approach to empower you to find solutions that work for you. I use compassion and mindfulness to create safety and calm. I prioritise your wellbeing and guide you towards greater self-acceptance, self-compassion and peace of mind.
