I am an energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and mature individual with a wealth of life experience . With a Bachelor Degree in Psychological Science and a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, My experience, training and warm empathic nature enables me to offer effective, confidential, individualised counselling care. I provide a warm space in which individuals and couples can feel safe, heard, valued and supported. My passion is assisting you in building your own strengths, resilience and capabilities in order to support your growth, independence and autonomy. I offer the convenience of evening and weekend sessions
I draw on many therapeutic modalites, including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Anger Management programs and the Gottman method of relationship counselling (Level 2) . Integrating them into a personalised treatment plan, tailored to each individual/couple.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths, by providing a warm, non-judgemental safe space, listening to your concerns, and working with you to achieve your goals.
