My intention is to guide and support you to become everything you want to be and find solstice within your experience so that you can live your life with peace and harmony at the forefront.
In my practice I draw upon Buddhist psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, attachment theory, narrative therapy,Jungian psychology, trans-personal psychology and eco-psychology. I aim to support you in coming to a deeper state of relationship to your self, your emotions and your experience of life itself.
