I offer a unique blend of Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals overcome a wide range of challenges. My areas of expertise include working with individuals who possess strong defensive traits, have experienced difficult upbringings, and are grappling with unresolved trauma, anger, anxiety, and relational problems.
In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I have also served as Director of my own company for over 20 years, providing me with an in-depth understanding of the dynamics in business. I specialize in serving professionals who have achieved success in their chosen fields but continue to struggle with personal issues, helping to navigate scenarios that arise.
I working collaboratively with directors, professionals, and other prominent figures to confront the narratives and beliefs held about themselves and others to create space for meaningful, lasting change. Formerly practicing in the UK, I am a member of UKATA, BACP, EATA, ITAA, ATAA, and PACFA.
