I use Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative & Expressive Therapies, which are highly effective for treating anxiety-mediated disorders. Therapy involves exploration of personal issues via talking and other forms of expression, that help clients gain insight into their problems, and develop new perspectives and strategies that support a process of positive change.
Seeking therapeutic support can be daunting, especially when you're feeling vulnerable or during times of crisis. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and offer them a kind, empathic service.
