I enjoy working with clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. I have special interests in the assessment and treatment of anxiety and depression disorders, trauma, personality disorders, health and fitness, aggression, sexual health, work-related stress, work/life balance, interpersonal conflict and relational issues.
I have worked as a Psychologist for over 8 years and am also a Board-Appproved Supervisor for Psychologists. I am committed to using a range of evidence-based therapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).
My approach is rooted in kindness, authenticity and compassion, and I believe that a supportive and understanding environment is essential for personal growth and well-being. I also believe that the therapeutic relationship is the greatest driver for change and I am warm, empathic, strengths based and client centred in my approach.
