The core of my work is to collaborate with clients to identify key problem areas (emotional, thinking or behavioural) and work towards changes that support emotional wellbeing. I would describe my therapy approach as empathic and honest. I provide individualised treatment drawing from Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural based approaches
