Dr Daria is an empathic, vibrant, warm and down to earth Certified Executive & Leadership Coach, Peak Performance Coach, Couples Therapist and former Clinical Psychologist who is dedicated to supporting her clients in reaching their goals. Daria is passionate about training high performance people in the development of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, assertive communication skills and authenticity. Her robust understanding and experience with clinical and corporate clients contributes to her strong desire to support her clients in achieving meaningful change, growth and personal development in any area of their lives.
While Daria is no longer a registered psychologist, her decade of clinical experience spans private practice and the public sector. She has advanced training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and has carried out Postgraduate-level research in health, physical activity, medical illness/disease, and behaviour change.
